I had been casually searching for an Acura TL with a specific trim for nearly 3 months until I really started hunting in the 4th month. I wanted a base TL but after seeing the advertisement on MD Motors for a type-s trim at such a reasonable price, I shifted my intent. Initially, I was a bit skeptical since I wasn’’t all that trusting of a private dealership but after exchanging a few e-mails with Dean, I felt very comfortable. He didn’’t sound like a generic salesman trying to sell the car immediately, pressuring you into a sale that very day. For me my primary means of communication was through e-mail since I’’m from Edmonton. He promptly returned my e-mails and answered all my questions. He sent me a copy of the Carproof and additional images I sought afterwards. For my own peace of mind, I requested the vehicle to have a pre-purchase inspection done at Acura and Dean happily agreed to it. He dropped the vehicle off in the morning of the day I was going into Calgary and by the time I got there, the car had already been inspected and he was there to greet me. Dean’’s friendly service and willingness to comply to my requests truly left a positive feeling after. I had dealt with several dealerships where the salesmen weren’’t the most polite people, excessively aggressive, trying to make a quick sale based on ultimatums, and some on the other hand who simply don’’t appear motivated to sell. I greatly appreciate all the effort Dean put forth on this recent transaction to make this deal much more personal. After all, purchasing a vehicle is often one of your biggest investments, I would like to feel as though I am in comfortable hands. I highly recommend Dean and MD Motors to anyone looking for personal approach to vehicle purchasing. Thank you again for the wonderful car.

In my dealings with Dean from MD Motors I found Dean to be the following:
1) Patient with me. He was there for me to ensure I had the right car for me at the right price. He was patient to continue to search for as long as it took to make me a satisfied client.
2) Thorough in the details. Dean checked everything out for me and verified it with me so that I knew exactly the breakdown of everything I was getting. From the price of the vehicle to the features and how to use the options the car had after it was delivered. Definately above and beyond.
3) Friendly. Dean is a pleasure to deal with and extremely friendly and NOT pushy. This is my first reference letter in buying a car. Turned the experience into an enjoyable one versus a task I have to complete.
